Hiring process

How we evaluate candidates

The process is designed to answer one question: can we trust you with meaningful work on PSPN or the Paralead platform?

01

Application review

We review your role selection, links, prior work, and short note. Strong applications show actual shipped work, not just interest.

02

Portfolio or code review

Designers are reviewed for visual quality, taste, hierarchy, and implementation awareness. Engineers are reviewed for code quality, product thinking, and evidence of delivery.

03

Short working call

We discuss your background, how you approach problems, and where your strongest contribution would be across PSPN and paralead.net.

04

Trial task

Qualified applicants receive a scoped task. It may be a UI polish pass, a small integration, a contract-review exercise, or a static site improvement.

05

Offer and start

If the trial confirms fit, we begin with a defined scope, communication rhythm, and first milestone.

02

What matters

What we look for

Ownership

You can take a product problem, clarify the edge cases, and move it forward without constant supervision.

Taste

You care about polish, clarity, and how the work feels to people using it.

Practicality

You can ship useful improvements without overcomplicating the system.

Proof

You can show prior work, shipped code, live sites, designs, contracts, or real contributions.
