Open roles

Work tracks for PSPN and Paralead

These roles are intentionally practical. We are hiring for people who can improve a live Web3 product and help make the Paralead company platform sharper, faster, and more credible.

01

Frontend Web3 Engineer

Own user-facing PSPN interfaces: portfolio dashboard, yield claim states, token balances, wallet connection, swap panels, UFC market cards, and the surrounding responsive polish.

You will work on

  • React and TypeScript interfaces for PSPN
  • Wallet state, chain reads, and transaction feedback
  • Responsive app layouts for desktop and mobile
  • Performance, accessibility, and visual refinement

Strong candidates have

  • Shipped React product work
  • Experience with ethers, viem, wagmi, or wallet tooling
  • A strong eye for micro-interactions and state design
  • Comfort reading existing code before changing it
02

Smart Contract Engineer

Support the contract surface behind PSPN: token utilities, yield logic, internal swap mechanics, UFC betting rounds, settlement, and deployment workflows.

You will work on

  • Solidity contract changes and reviews
  • Integration scripts and deployment safety
  • Round creation, settlement, and admin tooling
  • Test coverage for high-risk contract behavior

Strong candidates have

  • Production EVM experience or strong proof of work
  • Clear thinking about invariants and edge cases
  • Comfort with contract ABIs and frontend integration
  • PulseChain familiarity is useful, not required
03

UI/UX and Brand Designer

Shape the visual quality of PSPN and Paralead. This includes dApp screens, landing sections, application pages, graphic systems, and production-ready handoff details.

You will work on

  • Premium landing page design and campaign pages
  • PSPN dApp flows and visual states
  • Token, UFC, and PulseChain visual language
  • Design systems that engineers can implement cleanly

Strong candidates have

  • Portfolio work with polished web or app interfaces
  • Strong typography, spacing, and hierarchy judgment
  • Figma or equivalent workflow
  • Ability to design for responsive implementation
04

Full-stack Product Engineer

Work across the edges: frontend, small APIs, content systems, automation scripts, analytics, admin flows, hosting, and deployment details.

You will work on

  • Feature implementation from product idea to deploy
  • Static sites, forms, and operational tooling
  • API integrations and data presentation
  • Quality improvements across PSPN and Paralead sites

Strong candidates have

  • Broad product engineering range
  • Good judgment about scope and trade-offs
  • Ability to ship without heavy supervision
  • Comfort with both polish and plumbing
